There’s no doubt that moms want the very best for their children. It’s evident in the conversations I have with my friends and clients who are mothers. We want to surround our kids with love, encouragement, creativity, fun, friends and family, activities they’ll enjoy, stimulating learning environments and the list goes on. 

We also deeply desire our children to be healthy and thriving to the best of their abilities.

Through research, we now know that feeding our children nourishing meals with real food ingredients is the catalyst for a healthy, productive, happy, growing child. 

However, over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with countless moms struggling to either know how to cook healthy meals for their families, or once the meals are cooked, how to get their child to actually eat the food in front of them. 

Parents find themselves in battle with their child over eating that darn broccoli tree, making negotiations and wagers, only to give up altogether or start hiding real food in their favorite dishes hoping their sneaky chef ways won’t be detected by their child’s expert hyped-up senses. 

But it doesn’t have to be this way.
