There’s no doubt that moms want the very best for their children. It’s evident in the conversations I have with my friends and clients who are mothers. We want to surround our kids with love, encouragement, creativity, fun, friends, family, activities they’ll enjoy, stimulating learning environments, and the list goes on.

I can imagine it’s also very important. 

And why wouldn’t it be? 

Feeding your child nourishing meals is the catalyst for a healthy, productive, happy, growing child. 

However, over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with countless clients struggling to either know how to cook healthy meals for their families, or once the meals are cooked, how to get their child to actually eat the food in front of them. 

Parents find themselves in battles with their child over eating that darn broccoli tree, making negotiations and wagers, only to give up altogether or start hiding real food in their favorite dishes hoping their sneaky chef ways won’t be detected by their child’s expert hyped-up senses. 

What an exhausting process!

That is why I created a 4-week class series for moms, sharing the tools I’ve used to create broccoli munchin’, salmon lovin’, adventurous eatin’ toddlers who are now 14, 12, and 10, eating every meal without complaining, whining or pulling up their nose.

I first taught this class nearly 10 years ago...2x/year for 4 years. It sold out everytime. And now I'm bringing it back one more time...
